Welcome! My offices are located in Simi Valley and Westlake Village, California. I also work virtually for anyone located in California.
I am passionate about my work as a therapist and bring many years of education and advanced training in very specialized areas to best help my clients heal, grow, and make the positive life changes they hope for. My style is collaborative and my presence is curious, about you and your life experiences. My clients experience me as warm, compassionate, down to earth, and as appropriate, I draw on my sense of humor while I work to help you feel at ease and develop trust with me and the therapeutic process. In my lengthy career as a therapist I have specialized in areas that I can best help people make real and lasting progress. I hold In person therapy in 2 California offices as well as online therapy for those who prefer the privacy & convenience it offers. I do recommend play therapy takes place in person at our Simi Valley location.

I help many happy-again couples every year who have found their dream relationship together. Whether you fight all the time, or just want something "more" you should try Emotionally Focused Therapy sessions.
EMDR & Brainspotting
I am certified in Brainspotting & EMDR. (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). I help people with anxiety, depression, or who have dealt with difficult or traumatic events - past or present. I want to help you.
Play Therapy
Play therapy really helps kids express themselves and heal. The online therapy approach for this isn't always an optimal environment. So we have a Simi Valley location dedicated to helping little ones heal & grow!
